New Mansion Square - Save up to £8,062 with 5% cashback*

1. Contribution incentive amount is based on 5% of the highest share value home available at the selected development on all remaining 1-bedroom homes (£161,250 - 25% share value of full market value £645,000) and is subject to availability
2. Monies up to the stated value of the incentive will be available in the form of cashback and deducted from the completion statement at the time of completion
3. No cash or BACS payment will be made to purchasers
4. Purchase must be made with a minimum 10% deposit of the 25% share value
5. Maximum available incentive available: £8,062 and dependent on the individual share price purchased and must not exceed 5% of the 25% property share value (0.0125% of full market value)
