Our Milton Keynes development, Honeybrooke, was awarded Best Small/Medium Development of 2024.

The 2024 edition of the Housebuilder Awards was very special for us as we celebrated 2 significant wins. We were declared Best Medium Housebuilder of the Year. As a property developer, we build homes that bring together modern design, energy efficiency and community living.

George Peabody, a social visionary and philanthropist, set up The Peabody Donation Fund (later known as The Peabody Trust) in 1862 as his contribution to supporting low rent housing, which made provisions for low-income families to live in homes they could afford.
