Stamp Duty contribution - up to £20,000

  1. SDLT (stamp duty land tax) contribution amount based on the expected tax on the property you reserve up to a maximum of £20,000
  2. Monies up to the stated value of the incentive will be deducted from the completion statement at the time of completion
  3. No cash or BACS payment will be made to purchasers
  4. Maximum incentive available is £20,000
  5. Contribution amount (up to and including the maximum amount) is dependent on individual circumstances
  6. SDLT amount is based on the value of stamp duty payable at the time of completion and may be subject to change
  7. Incentive payable upon exchange and/or completion of property sale contracts
  8. Incentive available per individual household/home sold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Terms

  1. “Recommender” – Person(s) recommending a new buyer (“Recommended”) to purchase a new home at City Angel with Peabody New Homes
  2. "Recommender" must have either completed their purchase at City Angel/250 City Road or a reservation with sale completion by 30 June 2025
  3. “Recommended” – Person(s) reserving a Peabody home from April to May 2025 and buying a New Build home following the recommendation of the “Recommender”.

Conditions

  1. “Recommender” to recommend the “Recommended” to buy a home at City Angel
  2. Reservation must be made by the “Recommended” no later than the 31 May 2025
  3. “Recommended” buyer to complete a reservation form confirming recommended purchase
  4. “Recommended” buyer to progress with sale of the New Build Peabody property
  5. Completion must take place on both the “Recommended” property by 30 June 2025 and “Recommender’s” respective property by 31 July 2025
  6. Upon completion of the New Build property, incentive to be processed “Recommender” and "Recommended": to receive £500 in vouchers of choice (subject to availability)
  7. Incentive to be processed within 30 days of completion of “Recommended” property purchase
  8. Offer limited to 2 households only (“Recommender” and “Recommended”)
  9. Proof of Peabody property ownership of the “Recommender” may be requested to verify eligibility of the offer
