1. Peabody will contribute a total of £5,000 as a one-off deduction when your home completes.
2. The £5,000 incentive will require you to purchase a minimum 25% share. You will need to exchange contracts within 42 working days of the legal pack being issued and complete within 10 working days of the exchange of contracts.
3. The maximum incentive is £5,000 on a one-bedroom home at Chelsea Botanica. As an example, for a home with a full market value of £580,000, a 25% share price is £145,000. The total deduction of monies at completion would equal £5,000
4. The maximum value of any incentive is £5,000.
5. This incentive is available for all remaining 1-bedroom homes
6. Additional T&Cs, affordability and eligibility criteria may apply.
7. This offer is available at the sole discretion of Peabody and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.
