Our new build homes at North Gate Park are currently exclusive to those who have a connection to the London Borough of Haringey.

These restrictions are in place until April for Shared Ownership homes. Following this, homes will be available to those living and working outside of the borough and will be subject to a £90,000 household income cap – the London limit for Shared Ownership. 

London Living Rent homes will only be available to those living or working in the London borough of Haringey.

When buying through Shared Ownership, you only need a deposit for the initial share of the home you are purchasing.

Based on a typical 10% deposit, you will need: 

  • £9,688 to reserve a 1-bedroom home (based on a 25% share price of £96,875)
  • £14,500 to reserve a 2-bedroom home (based on a 25% share price of £145,000)
  • £17,500 to reserve a 3-bedroom home (based on a 25% share price of £175,000)

About Shared Ownership

Shared Ownership in Haringey helps first-time buyers get onto the property ladder in a more affordable way. You can usually buy an initial share of 25% to 75% of the value of a home, and you’ll need to take out a mortgage to pay for your share of the home’s purchase price.

You will then pay a subsidised rent on the share you don’t own, and there will also be a service charge to make up the monthly cost of buying through Shared Ownership.
