Terms and conditions

TERMS: 

  1. “Recommender” – Person(s) recommending a new buyer (“Recommended”) to purchase a Peabody New Build home at selected Developments. Must be a current Peabody resident residing in a New Build property.  

  1. “Recommended” – Person(s) reserving a Peabody home from 10 August 2026 – 31 January 2027, and buying a New Build home following the recommendation of the “Recommender” 

 

T&Cs  

  1. “Recommender” to recommend the “Recommended” to buy a Peabody New Build home from 10 August 2026  – 31 January 2027.  

  1. Reservation must be made by the “Recommended” no later than the 31 January 2027  

  1. “Recommended” buyer to complete a “Recommend a Friend” form confirming recommended purchase  

  1. “Recommended” buyer to progress with sale of the New Build Peabody property (selected homes and developments only)  

  1. Completion must take place on both the “Recommended” and “Recommender’s” respective properties by 31 March 2027  

  1. Upon completion of the New Build property, incentives to be processed:  
    a. “Recommender”: to receive £1,000 in vouchers of choice (subject to availability)  
    b. “Recommended”: to receive £1,000 deducted from completion monies  

  1. Incentive to be processed within 30 days of completion of “Recommended” property purchase  

  1. Offer limited to 2 households only (“Recommender” and “Recommended”)  

  1. Proof of Peabody property ownership of the “Recommender” may be requested to verify eligibility of the offer 

  1. Offer valid on reservation taken from 10 August 2026 – 31 January 2027 

  1. Additional T&Cs, affordability and eligibility criteria may apply. Please speak to the Sales team for more details 

  1. Incentive to be managed at the discretion of the Peabody New Homes Sales Team
