We created The Peabody Home Show to make the homebuying process feel clearer and more approachable.
Visitors could explore available Peabody homes, speak with our sales advisers and receive independent mortgage and affordability guidance.
The event welcomed people at all stages of the homebuying journey, from those beginning to think about buying to those ready to discuss developments, finances and appointments in more detail.
Helping buyers navigate the path to homeownership
We ran a full programme of workshops throughout the day across the Homebuying Hub and Homeowner & Lifestyle Lounge.
Our sessions included Shared Ownership Explained, Buying in London, Service Charge Explained and Ask the Experts.
Attendants could also learn what happens between reservation and moving day, and listen to current homeowner Conrad share his experience of buying through Shared Ownership.
Independent mortgage brokers and legal specialists were available alongside the Peabody team, to help visitors understand all things related to affordability, deposits, mortgages, and conveyancing.
Highlights from the day
The Home Discovery Zone showcased Peabody developments across London and the South East, with interactive searches, CGI walkthroughs and support from the sales team.
The YesColours space offered colour and interior-design inspiration, including ideas for making the most of compact homes. YesColours is a London-founded paint and interiors brand, collaborating with Peabody to explore how colour can help create more personal, inclusive and inspiring homes.
Visitors could also enjoy refreshments and bespoke ice cream flavours inspired by the Peabody colour palette delivered in collaboration with YesColours.
