Peabody will deliver 229 Shared Ownership homes at Stephenson Street

As part of the deal, Peabody will deliver 229 Shared Ownership homes as well as 99 affordable rented homes as we continue with our mission to help support first time buyers onto the property ladder.

The Shared Ownership homes at Stephenson Street will be made up of Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, with the vast majority of the public realm for the multi-phased development coming forward in Phase 1. The homes will also benefit from the improved infrastructure and access to West Ham Station. The first phase is due to be completed by the end of 2023.
